RUTH SCOTT OFFICE MANAGER Ruth has over 25 years experience in office management and became involved in the property business in 1996 and is a member of the National Landlords Association (NLA).  Her responsibilities include overseeing the day to day running of our lettings operation, the company’s book-keeping and seeking to ensuring that a professional yet friendly service is provided.

GAIL DEY LETTINgs negotiator Gail has 17 years experience as a Lettings Negotiator and is a member of The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).  Her responsibilities include arranging and carrying out property viewings, tenant profiling, rent collection and general tenant liaison.

wendy fleming maintenance/refurbishment co-ordinator The maintenance and refurbishment of residential property has been Wendy’s line of work for the past 9 years. Wendy is responsible for all maintenance and refurbishment which is undertaken by a series of highly skilled contractors.  She ensures that all works are carried out to the appropriate standards and are certified accordingly.
